We stayed here over a short fall break with two other families - 14 people total. The rooms are set up great for multiple families, with 3 king beds and tons of beds for kids. Our kiddos loved the arcade video game in the basement and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit on the porch. Location is central and great for accessing amenities within the resort community as well as venturing out to local wineries, breweries, and restaurants . Ly was friendly, helpful, and responsive from the moment I booked all the way through our stay. We had some issues with a few of the TVs and she was very quick to trouble shoot from afar.

Bình An Stays is a vacation rental brand named after the Vietnamese word bình an, which means “peace” or “serenity.” Our purpose is to help you find true peace and connection—whether to nature, your loved ones, or your spirit within—by offering welcoming, thoughtfully curated stays that rejuvenate the spirit and foster joyful memories. Every experience at Bình An Stays is designed to leave guests feeling restored, truly at ease, and delightfully connected.

What is the check-in and check-out time for the property?
Check-in at begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This timing ensures each guest enjoys a smooth arrival with ample time for our team to refresh and prepare the space for the next guest.
Is the property family-friendly and safe for children?
YES! For little ones, we’ve got you covered with baby gates, a high chair, pack & play and lightweight, unbreakable dinnerware set for your convenience. And our kids bedroom features two twin-over-full bunks to sleep up to 6 kids. The kids room features a play tent, mini basketball and large Connect 4 on the wall for hours of fun.
Are pets allowed at The Wintergreen Cozy?
Bring up to 2 pets for $100 per pet, per stay. We’ve made it easy for pet parents by providing a Coolaroo bed, waste bags, bowls, and towels for any little messes. Just a gentle reminder to pick up after your pets.
How far is the property from Wintergreen Resort’s main ski lifts and amenities?
The property is only 2 minutes drive to the Wintergreen Resort slopes and amenities.
What is provided for making meals?
The kitchen is stocked with basics like cooking oil, salt, and pepper - just bring your favorite ingredients and you’re all set.
How do I get access to the property upon arrival?
Several days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with check-in details including the address, front door access code, and a digital guidebook with recommendations for nearby restaurants, activities, and entertainment options. The guidebook also includes a house manual to help you operate the house seamlessly.
Is parking available on-site, and is it free?
Our driveway can easily accommodate up to 4 vehicles. No charge for parking. We recommend all wheel drive vehicles for the winter months.
